Every year I set aside time for a limited number of pro bono collaborations with organisations, local initiatives and passionate people with a cause. Where resources are scarce and a lot is at stake, I strengthen the human foundation: the ability to perform under pressure, communicate with impact and lead yourself and others.
So the energy goes to the cause. Not to just holding the line.
